I stared teamsiems.com to try out Internet technologies and techniques on a Web site that I controlled. There have been several products but a few stand out - blogs and CMS. I started teamsiems zeigeist with Blogspot (latter Google Blogger) in 2005 and "teamsiems zeitgeist 2: organized chaos" with WordPress in 2009. Zeitgeist 2 was stable enough that I made it the lead of teamsiems.com late in 2009. (I've since come to find out my host is not quite as stable and I nearly lost my site.)

I started blogging to keep a record of my thoughts and goings on in the world so that I could one day look back and say "See, in 2008, when I went to SXSW, social media was all the rage." I try to keep my lessons learned on the server. It has become my digital diary.
