Happy 11th Blogiversary

Eleven years ago it all started with a definition of teamsiems zeitgeist.

Happy 11th blogiversary!

Happy 10th Blogiversary

I started this blog on this day in 2005. Happy 10th Blogiversary!

Like a lot of blogs I don’t write much here now, just the occasional rant about Texas politics. I mainly have used this blog to capture moments in time so that I can go back and read them and be nostalgic.

Ninth Blogiversary

I started this blog on this day in 2005. I won’t say much today, but 9 years is a long time on the interwebs. Happy 9th Blogiversary!

Eighth Blogiversary

It all started 8 years ago today with one simple blog post: Zeitgeist Defined. Happy 8th Blogiversary!

In addition to teamsiems Zeitgeist, I now write three other blogs: teamsiems tweetsAdventures in Flying, and Noms For The Win.

Seventh Blogiversary

On this day in 2005 I posted my first blog entry and defined the direction of this website: Zeitgeist Defined. Happy 7th Blogiversary!

I still hold true to my mission: publication of the intellectual, moral, and cultural climate of this era. I also think it is important to develop and defend your personal brand. With the tag line “a team of Siems making observations,” I believe I both define and defend the teamsiems brand. I will continue to do so as long as I am able.

Sixth Blogiversary

Happy 6th Blogiversary! I defined teamsiems zeitgeist in my first post.

I know I always say this, but a lot has happened in 6 years and 320 posts. My mom and aunt Ruth died, Twitter and Facebook grew up as social media giants. Barack Obama became the first black President of America. I traveled to Europe. And, I got remarried to a wonderful woman.

Fifth Blogiversary

Five years ago today I posted Zeitgeist Defined – my first blog entry. Happy 5th Blogiversary!

A lot has changed since then. I moved from Blogspot to Blogger to WordPress and tried to keep all my posts together. Ironically, in 2005, I foresaw the hassle of moving blog content around and that’s what held me back for a few years. But, alas, I had too much to say and no where to keep it so I started teamsiems zeitgeist.

I’m still observing the times and happens around me – still staying true to the original premise.

Here’s to the next five years.

First Blogiversary

One year ago today I posted my first blog entry, Zeitgeist Defined. Happy 1st Blogiversary!

I think I’m still holding true to the mission: publication of the intellectual, moral, and cultural climate of this era.

Here’s to next year! Cheers!
